Recently we have been working with a leading gas company to install a 300 bar mixture filling plant, cryogenic pumping, vaporisation and stainless steel pipe work ASME 1X coded TIG welding.
In North Wales we have recently completed a project installing a new laboratory at a chemical plant with ¼ stainless (316) ring mains Hydrogen (H2) being fed from three Hydrogen generators, Nitrogen (N2) being fed from Bulk N2 storage tank.
Compressed air has been fed from in house dry air compressors.
All three gases were taken through catalytic filters.
In addition high pressure and low pressure nitrogen was piped into various fume cupboards from cylinder manifolds.
We have also just completed a hydrogen chloride manifold to supply a water purification plant - the manifold is used because very toxic gases are created when the hydrochloric acid is in contact with moisture.
Other projects currently underway include supplying laboratories across the country with atomic absorption gases - acetylene, argon, and compressed air.
