A regular feature of our work is supplying customers with cylinder gas. We are able to provide gases filled to a pressure of 300 bar pressure.
All the cylinders and associated equipment we supply are thoroughly checked and once permanently piped will satisfy BCGA safety standards and procedures.
Any cylinder gas whether a flammable or inert gas, which is stored in a cylinder is a potentially explosive device.
We will advise you on the best way of storing cylinders and can custom design and build secure units for the storage of cylinders.
We will ensure that the placement of the cylinder is strictly controlled during storage and subsequent use. Proximity to an oxidant gas can accelerate a fire.
When considering storage location we will ensure good access to the cylinders is available with plenty of natural ventilation.  At the same time we will advise on safety and security matters - vandalism and accidents involving other moving equipment and vehicles must be considered.
Other considerations we will look at are locations away from windows and doors, air intakes for air conditioning and compressors as a risk of any leak could cause an explosion or fixating atmosphere.
